15 Day Exchange Policy

You can simply exchange your product within 15 days of its receipt under our No Question Asked Policy**. The policy provides customers freedom to exchange goods in unused condition without assigning any reason behind the exchange.

** Fabrics are not eligible for exchange as they are especially cut in the desired length for each order.

However, the product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

In addition, here are some Terms and Conditions to consider:

  • Please note that “www.hakoba.in has 15 Day Exchange Policy”, however this is not applicable on discounted product or products bought during sale.
  • Replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override “www.hakoba.ins 15 Day Exchange Policy.”
  • Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect such as color bleeding shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by Hakoba.
  • This policy is applicable only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
  • This policy is applicable for product purchase from hakoba.in only. For store exchange policy please get in touch with our store executive.
  • In case there are multiple items in one order, a part of the same can be returned. Any product being returned needs to have all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
  • Once exchange request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to dispatch your exchange product after successful product inspection. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days.

    How to Exchange:
  • To raise an exchange request please drop us an email on hakobacare@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly attach the invoice and product image with this mail. If you have multiple products kindly mention the Product ID on the email to avoid confusion.
  • Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive a SMS on the day of pick up.
