Refund Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price **

However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

**In case of fabrics returns will only be accepted if there is any defect or damage to it.

In addition, here are some Terms and Conditions to consider:

  • Please note that “www.hakoba.in has 15 Day Returns Policy”.
  • Refund for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override “www.hakoba.in’s 15 Day Returns Policy.”
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect such as color bleeding shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by Hakoba.
  • This policy is applicable only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.

How to Return:

  1. To raise a return request please drop us an email on hakobacare@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly attach the invoice and product image with this mail. If you have multiple products kindly mention the Product ID on the email to avoid confusion.
  2. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive a SMS on the day of pick up.
  3. In case there are multiple items in one order, a part of the same can be returned. Any product being returned needs to have all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
  4. Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

Banks will send a SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
